Finance Consulting
ECB is recognized for its expertise in securing and structuring New Markets Tax Credit and Historic Tax Credit financing, seamlessly integrated with other funding sources for nonprofit organizations and private developers. We work on behalf of our clients to manage all aspects of the tax credit financing process from initial feasibility through securing NMTC allocation, investor negotiations, documentation, and closing.
