Project Full Description

Hamilton Families’ mission is to end family homelessness in the San Francisco Bay Area through providing supportive services to families in need. In early 2023, Hamilton purchased their new headquarter office space at 2567 Mission Street, in the heart of the Mission neighborhood of San Francisco.

The 4-story building includes 15,000 SF of office & program space. Tenant improvements to the building included upgrades to MEP systems, waterproofing & roof repairs, sidewalk and façade repairs, new private and shared offices, ground floor program space, and other interior upgrades.

ECB acted as the project manager for the full development process, including entitlements, design, permitting, bidding, contracting, and construction. The project required a conditional use permit for the 1st and 2nd floors of the building and ECB secured New Market Tax Credit financing to purchase the building and fund the tenant improvements.
