The Village SF Wellness Center will be a 46,000 square foot 6-story building plus basement providing health, wellness, transitional housing, social service and cultural identity programming for urban American Indians living in San Francisco and across California.
The rooftop will provide a children’s play area, gathering spaces, and a rooftop farm. Once completed in 2026, The Village SF Wellness Center, will provide essential housing, clinic and urban community space for over 3,700 American Indians and Alaska Natives, with a service model to be replicable throughout the country. The project is utilizing New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) financing in addition to foundation grants and individual donations; and is pursuing government grants.
ECB is the development manager/project manager for the full development process, including entitlements, design, permitting, bidding, contracting, and construction. ECB also completed the NMTC financing.
