York Street Studios
This project involved the conversion of a 30,000 square-foot former See's Candy factory located in the industrial Mission area of San Francisco into 24 live/work residential units and a cafe. One of the first artist live/work projects constructed under the new San Francisco live/work building code, York Street Studios served as a model for numerous warehouse conversion projects throughout the city.
ECB served as developer and managed all aspects of the project, including raising equity and debt financing, managing the design and construction, and selling all 25 condominium units.
